PATRICIA GATLING IS AN ATTORNEY at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney with former Brooklyn DA Elizabeth Holtzman, where she worked hard every day to protect our neighborhoods from crime and injustice. Patricia then became Special Assistant Attorney General at the Office to Investigate the NYC Criminal Justice System, trying and investigating corruption cases involving politicians, police officers and judges. In 1990, she was named as the Bureau Chief of Narcotics for former Brooklyn DA Charles Hynes, who later named her First Assistant DA. From 2002-2013, she served as Commissioner of the NYC Commission on Human Rights, where she fought to ensure all New Yorkers were treated equally under the law. In 2015, she was appointed by Governor Cuomo as Deputy Secretary for Civil Rights for New York State, providing a strong voice for people whose civil rights were in danger. On Tuesday, September 12th, let’s elect a leader with the Fairness, Strength, and Compassion to build a better future for our families and our communities. Vote Patricia Gatling for Brooklyn District Attorney.
